Just wanted to comment on a couple of things from this episode. First up, the birds dying in Arkansas happened again this last New Years, in the same area. Authorities have mentioned that it may be due to fireworks

About the drapes and such in underground bases. It is proven that people adapt quicker to conditions such as being underground if there are more amenities that they are used to above ground. Take for instance, windows on a subway train, there isn't anything to look at all that interesting outside of the train (or possibly inside it) but there are windows in the train cars to help people "feel" better about being in a metal tube hurtling through the Earth.

But why childrens? i had several nightmares, always the feeling of being observed from the sky, and joking with my brother that mom find him in garbage left from aliens....then when i was 16 and he 15, while we were looking a documentary about ufo-s we start telling each other about a dream of a grey and black , hat shape ufo ship, just upon our heads , very big...it wasn't a dream. what are they trying to learn from childrens?

I could have sworn in 2006 I saw a human-like creature with black eyes like this staring at me from inside a jeep where I was trying to sleep at night... This was in Mexico far from the city. It didn't talk to me and I didn't make an attempt to speak to it: I just pretended to be asleep while shaking and hoping it would go away. today's the first time I hear about it from someone else.

my eyes change color with my emotions, many people have commented on that. when i'm feeling especially loving, they change from blue to green. when i'm feeling especially angry or hateful, the change from blue to silver. and sometimes my pupils dilate to the point they appear black. my facial features change, too, and i appear guant and evil. i've caught glimpses a few times, in a mirror, and the change was so pronounced that it startled me enough that i jumped away a half step. when i look like that, noboby i know will talk to me or even look my way. that happens only when someone i love is being abused or is in immediate danger because of another's actions - like flipping a rage switch. so exceptionally rare anymore, like once in several years. when i was a teenager in an abusive home environment, it was pretty common. i'm not a shapeshifter, demonic entity, or whatever's described by the creepy black-eyed kids in this story. just writing this to explain to the naysayers that whether you believe in the paranormal or not it's perfectly within the realm of the human to exhibit these overwhelming, powerful, and frightening characteristics.

hey guys i am 13 now and listining to your gorrilla story made me crap my pants because when i was little about 3 to 5 every night i whould have the same dream it whould be about a gorrilla with red and sometimes yellow eyes i would wake up screaming and crying i was paranoid my parents were thinking of taking me to therapy . love your show guys dont stop

One of the best stories ever. There are so many instances of this type of phenomena that stories like this get lost. I really like how reputable the victim was. The whole event with this being was so delicately condescending; the victim never knew what he was in for until the almost vampiric like, voluntary contract was over. I felt as if he was beguiled, even to the very point of being dropped in the middle of now where, as if he didn't have anymore use. Speaking of being dropped, whats up with causing him to hurt himself on the way down from the ship? Anywho, good read; it put me in mind of the Jonathan Reed event, right down to the look of the being.

Interestingly enough, Loren recently posted an article at Cyptomundo commemorating the 10th year anniversary of the Mothman movie starring Richard Gere, and what he tells seems to indicate that an ominous cloud of 'bad luck' still hovers over Point Pleasant. A cloud that turn thicker during the release of the movie:

four original witnesses, the Mallettes were attending a funeral in Point
Pleasant, West Virginia. Stephen Mallette, who was one of the first
four, was mourning the passing of his brother, Charlie, due to a brain

on Thursday, January 22, 2002, at his home.

The last week in January 2002, during that same initial movie release
time period, there were five fatalities in and near Point Pleasant, in
two crashes involving four automobiles on January 26, and three other
fatal wrecks in the next five days. For rural Mason County, the eight
road deaths in six days was the most in 40 years, according to the State
of West Virginia. In one major crash, two tractor-trailer rigs and a
Volvo resulted in the death of truck driver Richard Clement, 61, of
Mukwonga, Wisconsin.

I'll bet it's a purse seine (net) left behind by a fishing boat. They're round; they're large; and they'd make an impression if dragged along the sea floor like this. And it's the most popular form of fishnet in the Baltic Sea. Any "investors" in this project will be sorely disappointed...

Here's a thought: UFOs are actually dragons (actual dragons, not machines), and they camouflage themselves by making us think we're seeing spaceships.

That's really cute. You've clearly never seen a stoned person. Their eyes DO NOT turn ALL BLACK WITH NO WHITE. That doesn't happen. That's not even a reasonable flippant response. Pot does not make your eyes black, as I'd assume most people know. Your comment bothers me more than this story.

On the assumption that we get warned about a massive object heading toward us with decades of anticipation, so we shouldn't worry too much about it, I have this to respond: We *also* had decades of warning about global warming. Period.

And if someone feels inclined to refute me, you'd only reinforce my argument ;)

PS: I'm an interior designer out in Meatspace, and I just want to point out how FED UP I am with this stereotype that men who dedicate to this business are all gay. There's a difference between Interior Design and 'Decoration' ok? one has to do with planning living spaces that are efficient and comfortable, the other with choosing colors from a carpet catalog.

And now, if you'll excuse me. My Ultimate Barry Manilow collection has just arrived from Amazon, and I can't wait to hear it.
